, if no one is home, the driver will take the parcel back to the post office for collection, where ID and signature is required to collect. We recommend choosing this option for valuable items, or if you have concerns about your parcel's security.

We recommend using a PO Box or business address, or opting for standard postage with signature if using a residential address that will be unattended during business hours. If your parcel was delivered to your premises and left in a safe place, and you have any issues locating the parcel, please contact Australia Post support for assistance, as they will have a photograph of the parcel in position on record.

We accept returns up to 30 days after date of purchase, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in new saleable condition. Return postage will be paid by the buyer in the cases of wrong size, change of mind, ordered the wrong item etc. In the event of a faulty item, please contact us directly and specify if you would prefer to receive a replacement or a refund. Local pick-up is available from our store in Heidelberg Heights, VIC. This can be arranged after payment is made, and will be available for collection after 1 business day to allow for stock transfer.
